The
ongoing battle rages on at ORU, as a judge yesterday refused to dismiss the case against the University for wrongful termination of professors Tim and Paulita Brooker. The professors alledge they were terminated after they discovered wrongdoing by the then-president of the University, Richard Roberts, according to a report in
The Oklahoman.
Although he did not dismiss the case, KSWO in Lawton reports that, "District Judge Rebecca Nightingale...tossed out some of the professors' allegations, including breach of contract claims against Roberts and ORU officials."
