Terrill is from Moore, Oklahoma.By Victoria Middleton Managing Editor Anonymously. That is how the investigation of Oveta Hill of the Newcastle Tag Agency was initiated, The Pacer has learned. According to Rep. Randy Terrill, R-Moore, he anonymously received a packet of information in a "giant" manila envelope that he did not know the origin of or how it was delivered to his State Capitol office. Inside, Rep. Moore said there were numerous documents containing information on Hill and her husband concerning their homestead exemption, mortgages and voting registrations. After reviewing the documents, Moore said he felt a "legal obligation" as the chairman of the Revenue and Taxation Committee to forward the matter on to the Oklahoma Tax Commission. "I don't know Mrs. Hill from the man in the moon. I am sure she is a nice lady, but the law is the law," Moore said. Rep.
