Monday, October 22, 2007 Flip-Flopping Is Very ContagiousFlip-Flopping: In a style reminiscent of John Kerry's back-and-forth vote on the Iraq War, U.S. Rep. Dan Boren, D-Okla., changed his vote on the controversial SCHIP bill last week. The House fell 13 votes short of overriding President Bush's veto of the $35 billion spending increase for health insurance for low-income children.
