OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) Oklahoma County Commissioner Brent Rinehart says he's returned campaign donations that led to felony charges against him and his campaign manager.
Rinehart and former state Representative Tim Pope are charged with perjury, conspiracy and money laundering for allegedly funneling of illegal campaign contributions to Rinehart's 2004 race for county commissioner.
Rinehart says state Ethics Commission Director Marilyn Hughes recommended he return the funds.
Hughes declined comment.
