Hands down, this one goes to the Bob Sullivan campaign that made his opponent, 5th District Congressman Ernest Istook-R, look sympathetic. Mr. Sullivan called Representative Istook a liberal big spender in one of his ads. Oooooo! How naughty, the “L” word was used against a Republican. However, the real kicker here was the fact that Sullivan tried to pass his ads off as humor."
